  • What is your return policy?

  • How long do I have to make a return?

    In general, we have a 30 day return policy. All returns must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date with proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on essential oils or sales items. Please see our Refunds and Returns Page for further details or reach out to support@misty-nest.com with any questions.

  • How do I request a return?

    Please read our Refunds and Returns page HERE to see if your order is eligible for return. If your order is eligible for return, submit your return request HERE or email us at support@misty-nest.com. Items returned that are not requested through our returns center link may be refused by our returns department. Once your return is approved, you will get an email detailing where to send your return. Please ship it back to us using the carrier of your choice.

  • How do I make an exchange?

    In order to exchange, items must be returned and then reordered. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    At Misty Nest, we aim to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 business days, however during peak periods delays may occur. We also will not make an item available for sale unless it is physically present within our own warehouse. In some instances, on very popular items that we don’t wish to remove from our site, the option to backorder will be available.

  • Do you deliver internationally? Do you deliver overseas?

    While we are based in North America, we deliver internationally to multiple countries. Shipping rates will be dependent on multiple factors, including weight of item(s) for international orders.

  • Can I track my order once it has been sent?

    Yes, you will receive an email containing your order tracking number and a link to track your package.

  • Is it safe to use my credit card at misty-nest.com?

    Yes! We understand that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to you. We utilize payment solutions such as PayPal and Stripe to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access.

  • Do you send prices, invoices or receipts out with my order?

    We never include prices, receipts or invoices with any order. Invoices are automatically emailed to the purchaser at the time of placing the order. You can order a gift to be sent directly to someone else without worrying that the price or invoice will be included with the order.
